Japanese Classics Set

Japanese Classics Set This is another great multipack that is coming from Hot Wheels. We first saw a preview of this at the 2021 LA convention in October and now it has made it to retailers. The set is composed of 6 cars, all of which are Japanese Classics and ones that collectors will like. Watch Matthew's video and you will see that the box is smaller than the 9-packs and a bit flimsy. Overall though for collectors it is a a must have. Here is the breakdown of the contents: ’88 Honda CR-X This car was designed by Ryu Asada in 2019 and has been a fan favorite. It made its first appearance as a mainline in the 2019 Nightburnerz mix and this is the seventh time we have seen it. This CR-X was a Super Treasure hunt in 2020 in white with red wheels. It’s amazing to see how far he has come over these years. As you are aware, my son is an avid collector and I do all I can to help him obtain many of his amazing pieces. He does a lot of work and research on these cars to put together videos that, not only make you aware of the product, but get a little background info and history. 2020 N Zamacs

We are starting to see the 2020 N Zamacs hitting Walmart. The cars in the set are the ‘92 BMW M3, the 2018 Honda Civic Type R and the Shelby Cobra 427 S/C. The ‘92 BMW M3 was designed by Jun Imai and we first saw it as a premium in the 2012 Canada exclusive Road Racer set. Check out my video on that set. It is one that is sought after by many collectors. The 2018 Honda Civic Type R was designed by Ryu Asada. It first appeared in 2019 in a really nice red color with redlines around the wheels. Don’t get this confused with the ‘16 Honda Civic Type R which was a 2-door model. The Shelby Cobra 427 S/C has been around a long time and in 1998 was released as a zamac. The RLC version is many collectors “grail” piece.
